Special Guests--Screenwriting Competition Judges and Entrants

The 8th Annual Ozarks Foothills FilmFest honors the entrants in the festival's second annual screenwriting competition at an intimate reception on Thursday, March 26 at 6 PM. The party takes place at Bradley Manor on the campus of Lyon College. Film Society members and sponsors can meet and mingle with entrants and judges before attending the competition Awards Ceremony at 8:15, also at Lyon College.

Post-Screening Reception

SPECIAL GUESTS-Cast and Crew of THE RIVER WITHIN

A post-screening reception honoring members of the Arkansas feature film THE RIVER WITHIN will take place immediately following the film's screening on Friday, March 27. The party takes place at Elizabeth's Restaurant in downtown Batesville.

Meet-the-Filmmakers Brunch

Kick off two full days of non-stop movies at a gathering of festival guests and supporters on Saturday morning at MorningSide Coffee House. Confirmed guests include filmmakers Pola Zen (DOLLS AND HOUSES); Margaret LeJeune, Jason Flack, and Dan Christmann (BOTTLE OF WINE); and critics Philip Martin (Arkansas Democrat-Gazette) and Noel Murray (The Onion).
