film description
Synopsis: Arkansas' most original filmmaker's most recent work unites two of his favorite characters, Pastor Massey and Reverend OK. The two less than perfect spiritual leaders are dead, having been gunned down by law enforcement officers for stealing electricity. They spend the night before their funerals together -- sitting in their coffins, reminiscing, and swapping yarns with two undead visitors.
Cast: Danny Harrell, Bob Pest
It's likely that mankind is not prepared for the inimitable genius Chambliss has harnessed, working entirely without -- and beyond the limits of -- conventional actors, storylines or even formal training. The results are a dizzyingly unique and entertaining concoction of Southern tall tales, nightmare visions, voyeuristic fantasies and undefinable revelations. --Website of Fantastic Fest 2007 (www.fantasticfest.com)
