Synopsis: Produced at the Whitesburg, Kentucky-based media center Appalshop, Shawn Lind's new film FROM WOOD TO SINGING GUITAR is a profile of guitarist and master guitar builder Wayne Henderson. Shot in Henderson's shop in rural North Carolina, the movie offers an intimate, behind the scenes look at how Henderson's highly collectible, immaculately hand-crafted instruments are made.
