The film tells the story of a remarkable 20 year old nonviolence program at Woodruff Elementary School in Little Rock, Arkansas. It documents the experience of implementing conflict resolution within the school setting. From day one students learn to "attack the problem, not the person." During its final days in 2009, Woodruff finished a run of more than 300 days without a fight and was Little Rock's only "school of excellence." Produced by WAND (Women's Action for New Directions).
