"Finding Your Audience" Indie Film Marketing Workshop

Friday, March 26, 1-4:00 PM / Room 103, Independence Hall, UACCB / FREE (advance registration required)

Are you and your film positioned to entice agents, reps, press, jurors, distributors, awards, other festivals, and more potential work? Filmmaker Heidi Van Lier will be at the Ozark Foothills FilmFest to share her experiences promoting her films from initial concept, through festivals, awards, and other professional opportunities to sustain a filmmaking career. Heidi has attended the Sundance Screenwriters Lab, won the Grand Jury Prize at the Slamdance Film Festival, been on juries and panels at over 50 film festivals, written The Indie Film Rule Book, and is currently in production on her fourth feature film.

The workshop will conclude with a panel discussion and Q&A with Heidi and two recipients of the Arkansas Arts Council's Film and Video Fellowship, Daehwan Cho and Sarah K. Moore.
