arkansas filmmakers showcase

The Arkansas Filmmakers Showcase presents some of the best recent efforts by Natural State filmmakers. Jim Lukens (VELDA BROTHERTON: LIVING AMONG THE SHADOWS OF TIME) and Michael Bowman (POWs IN ARKANSAS) work to unearth and share some precious elements of Arkansas history and culture. The rest of the filmmakers in the showcase were students at Arkansas colleges who submitted the strongest entries in a juried competition sponsored by Ozark Foothills FilmFest and the Arkansas Educational Television Network in the fall of 2003.
